  8. The user can use this software at his/her own risk.  App Launcher 1.1 Beta Unregistered Version is provided on an "As is" basis for evaluation purposes only.  The author does not assume any responsibility in case the software proves to be defective.

  12. BENEFITS OF REGISTERING APP LAUNCHER 1.1

  15. Launching applications:
  16. -----------------------
  17. The REGISTERED version can launch unspecified number of applications, limited only by hardware.
  18. The EVALUATION version can launch up to three applications.
  19.  
  20. Starting the App Launcher 1.1:
  21. ------------------------------
  22. Every time the EVALUATION version is started, after a few seconds of delay, the user will have to click on the splash screen to continue to run the program.  The program will start executing applications after the splash screen disappears.
  23. The user is not required to do anything, when running the REGISTERED version of the program.  The program starts executing applications immediately after it is started, and the program's splash screen disappears after a brief moment.

  27. The REGISTERED version users will be eligible to receive upgrades and patches at no cost (except S&H) for one year.  After one year, the REGISTERED version users will be eligible to receive discounts for purchases of the App Launcher upgrades.

  36. App Launcher 1.1 is a shareware program.  It is not free software.
  37. You are limited to 30 days of using the program for evaluation purposes only. If you find the program useful, and want to continue to use it, you are obligated to register it with the author.

  41. The registration fee is $15.00 US.  Add $2.00 if you want a hard copy of the program sent by mail.
